Along the way, she meets a new friend, Jack, and the both set off to rescue her mother and encounter many adventures where she uses her hair as a secret weapon when in a predicament. Rapunzel realizes that her mother is not the only rescue mission, but an entire country. This graphic novel has a funny dialogue and predictable plot that will keep young readers reading.
